Not work correctly sandbox in Dynamic Malware Analysis Example #1 and #2

In Dynamic Malware Analysis Example #1 and #2 when I run wireshark module ethernet and then run malware, wireshark does not catch smtp and http packets to run the job. Does anyone know what to do? Or maybe I do something wrong, although I do everything as in the example step by step. (Path: SOC Analyst Learning Path; Course Dynamic Malware Analysis; Dynamic Malware Analysis Example #1 and #2)
